The heavy-duty tube coupler stiffeners from Stiffy have a prominent spiral groove to enhance epoxy adhesion significantly. These robust wall stiffeners are meant to be bonded inside our regular tube couplers to notably boost their side strength. You can fly confidently with a Stiffy knowing that the risk of a payload breaking off at the joint under high-speed conditions, such as flying close to or at Mach speeds, is minimized. Please note that stiffys are not suitable for use with phenolic couplers.

3.00" Tube Coupler Stiffener: The Stiffy heavy-duty tube coupler stiffeners are equipped with a deep spiral groove to enhance epoxy adhesion to the maximum level. These robust wall stiffeners are specifically created to be bonded inside our regular tube couplers, significantly boosting their sideways strength. There is no need to worry about the payload breaking off at the connection point during high-speed situations (such as flying close to or at Mach speeds) when using a Stiffy. Please note that using this device requires the TC-300 Coupler.

When flying at high speeds, such as near or at Mach speeds, there is no need to worry about the joint breaking and losing the payload if you have a Stiffy installed. Please remember that using this device requires TC-5.38.
