Motor Reloads:

Motor reloads cannot be returned once opened. This policy ensures safety and integrity, as we cannot verify modifications or handling post-opening.

Hardware Defects:

In the case of hardware defects products, we offer returns. If you encounter a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Please provide defect details for a return and replacement process.

Certification Level Mismatch:

Should you purchase a motor beyond your TRA certification, we provide store credit. Contact us for a return, ensuring the motor is unopened and in its original condition.
