Loc Cardboard Airframes

This fiber tubing is lightweight but extremely sturdy, meticulously designed to meet our strict standards for precision, ease of use, and longevity. The rocket frames offered by LOC/PRECISION come in a variety of diameters and wall thicknesses.

LBT-50 1" Airframe 12": LBT-50 1-inch Airframe that is 12 inches in length. With a 1-inch outer diameter and a 0.95-inch inner diameter, it is suitable for CT-1.0 and can also serve as a motor tube with a diameter of 24mm.

1.14" Airframe 34": BT-114 An airframe measuring 1.14 inches in diameter and 34 inches in length, which can alternatively function as a 29mm motor tube.

1.52" (38mm) Airframe/MMT Tubing: Sturdy Build. 1.52" Internal Diameter x 1.625" External Diameter. Thickness of the wall measures 0.0475. This tubing is suitable for 38mm motor tubes as well. Designed to fit nose cone PNC-1.52, it has a comparable outer diameter to BT-60 but with more than double the wall thickness for enhanced strength. Available in lengths of 34" for purchase.

1.90" Airframe Tubing: White airframe tubing measuring 1.9 inches in diameter and 34 inches in length with inner dimensions of 1.78 inches and outer dimensions of 1.88 inches.

2.14" (54mm) Airframe Tubing: Durable Tubing. 2.14" Inner Diameter x 2.26" Outer Diameter. The standard length for the 54mm motor tubing is 34 inches, designed to be compatible with PNC-2.14.

2.56" (63mm) Airframe Tubing: The white tube measures 2.56 inches in diameter and 2.63 inches in outer diameter, with a length of 30 inches. It shares the same inner diameter as BT-80 but has denser walls, leading to a slightly larger outer diameter. It offers outstanding strength while remaining lightweight!

3.00" (75mm) Airframe Tubing: The tubing is white and measures 3.0 inches in diameter internally, 3.1 inches externally, and 34 inches in length. It is suitable for use with PNC-3.0 components but differs from our 75mm Motor tubing. The weight of this tubing is 7.8 ounces.

3.90" (98mm) Airframe Tubing: The standard airframe tubing is white in color and measures 3.9" in inner diameter and 4.0" in outer diameter, with a wall thickness of 0.05". It is available in lengths of 34" and is suitable for PNC 3.90 but differs from our 98mm Motor Tubes.

5.38" Airframe Tubing 24": Highly durable and lightweight fiber tubing designed to meet strict specifications for precise tolerances, ease of use, and longevity. Internal Diameter (ID) = 5.38" External Diameter (OD) = 5.54"; Length = 24" - Weighs 15oz. This robust Airframe offers a balance of strength and lightness. The tightly wrapped Glassine overwrap simplifies the painting process. Compatible with PNC-5.38 and PNC-5.38L nose cones

5.38" Airframe Tubing 34": **The new length is 34", and the 42" airframe is no longer available. This fiber tubing is very strong and lightweight, designed to meet our strict standards for precision, ease of use, and longevity. It has an inner diameter of 5.38" and an outer diameter of 5.54"; the length is now 34" with a weight of 20.4oz. This robust airframe offers a balance of strength and lightness, with a Glassine overwrap that simplifies painting. Compatible with PNC-5.38 and PNC-5.38L nose cones

7.51" Airframe Tube 30": Exceptionally sturdy yet lightweight fiber tubing meticulously designed to meet our strict standards for precision, ease of use, and longevity. Inner diameter measures 7.51 inches, outer diameter is 7.675 inches, and it comes in a single piece measuring 30 inches in length. This robust Airframe Tube strikes a balance between strength and weight, with a tightly wound Glassine overwrap that simplifies painting. Compatible with nose cone PNC-7.51.
