Insta-Cure+ is a type of CA adhesive with higher viscosity suitable for connecting parts with loose joints that need to span gaps. Typically, the thicker adhesive is applied to one surface, and then the components are pressed together firmly for approximately 5 to 15 seconds. When dealing with extensive surface areas or tight-fitting joints like laminations, Insta-Cure+ is recommended. To avoid premature curing, refrain from spreading the glue thinly. Instead, create a winding bead with separations of around 25 mm on one surface, before joining the parts and allowing pressure to distribute the CA evenly.
