In-Stock products can be assigned immediately to a specific launch that Endeavour attends. See the instructional video on this page for how to assign products. You will receive an email when your item lands letting you know it’s ready to be assigned.

Changing launch locations:

Mullaley, Serpentine, and CRG: Valid changes allowed until 4 days before the launch.

NSWRA (Whalan): Valid changes allowed until 1 day before launch.

The cutoff for each launch will be displayed on the Product Allocation page, and send reminder emails 2 days, 1 day and day of the product allocation deadline of a launch in your chosen location, if you still have items to assign.

Important: Items will not be delivered to a launch unless they’ve been assigned to that launch. Once your items have been successfully assigned you will receive a confirmation email.

Customers who choose pick-up will not be able to change to delivery and visa-versa
