Insta-Cure+ is a high-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive suitable for use on joints with slight gaps. Typically, the thicker adhesive is applied to one surface, and then the components are pressed together firmly for approximately 5 to 15 seconds. When dealing with extensive surface areas or tight-fitting joints like laminations, it is recommended to utilize Insta-Cure+. To avoid premature curing, refrain from spreading the adhesive thinly. Instead, create a zigzag pattern with around 25 mm separations on one surface before joining the parts, allowing pressure to distribute the cyanoacrylate evenly.
