Disclaimer

To purchase this motor, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be a registered member of an Australian rocketry association
• Hold a current Tripoli membership

This motor requires a U.S. State Department License (SDL) and must be used at an event that Endeavour Aerospace attends. Additionally, you will be sent a DSP-83 and a Statement of End Use Letter requiring your signature to confirm that you are the end user of the motor. If you are not willing to sign these forms, please do not place an order.

SDL Administration Fee & Payment Terms

This motor incurs an additional SDL administration fee, which is determined based on the number of customers purchasing SDL motors in the upcoming order cycle.

• The final SDL fee will be calculated after the order cutoff date.
• Once confirmed, a separate invoice will be sent to your email.
• By purchasing this motor, you agree to pay the SDL fee, which may be up to $2500 USD if you are the sole buyer of an SDL motor, as this cost is shared among all SDL motor purchasers in that cycle.
• No refunds will be issued if you receive the fee and decide it is too high.
• If the SDL fee is not paid, you will not receive your motor.

Import & Delivery Considerations

SDL motors require significantly more administration to import than non-SDL products. As a result, they may not arrive within the standard delivery timeline displayed on our homepage delivery calendar.
